i got a job, at braum's. i suppose that's good.
monday we got married, tuesday curt got a job, wednesday we finished paperwork, thursday we took our GED, yesterday we went to work and today i go back to work at four.
my body is in pain. We've been walking everywhere except for when we got married, our only friend alvina helped us do that. I'm getting tiny blisters again on my hands from overworking myself. This morning we were supposed to shower at 12, but instead KIM who has the day off, showered. And now she's running the dish washer. My muscles ache, we've been sleeping on a couch. Not a couch bed, but a couch. It's a half hour walk to work, it's 70 degrees outside.
We recently aquiredan air mattress, but because we sleep in the living room we don't get enough rest or a good nights sleep. The dog sleeps in the livng room, he barks all night. The air mattress doesnt get fully inflated so it's uncomfortable. We have to deflate it and clean up the living room everyday. Curt is now doing their dishes as well.
Yesterday curtis did dishes instead of spending time with me. When i asked for him to come outside KIM said he was doing dishes, as if him doing dishes was more important that spending time with me.
I can't shower. I took my shirt off because i was getting too hot, kim told me to put one on. all my muscles are sore, i am tired. I could use a cigrette but we dropped them and they got stolen.
i gave my last three dollars to a hitch hiker, he said his name was joe. He was across the street, so i chased him down and asked if he had any money for a bus, he said no. It was hot outside, i had just got done walking home. I knew that if i were joe, i'd want to catch a bus or at least get something cool to drink. So i gave him my last three dollars.
he said god bless me.
my shoulders hurt. my arms hurt. it's one now, and i still need to shower and get ready for work.
They are happy i am hiding in here and not being in their way. KIM keeps going into the bathroom and locking the door.
I'm going to lose my job.
Our uniforms have to be clean, mine is new right now, and clean. The dryer is broken, and there isnt a laundrymat. they don't care anymore, and i dont think they ever did. All they want to do is push us around. Curtis doesnt care about that, but i do. I didnt come here to get pushed around, and i didnt come here to be in pain all the time. I need medicine, i'm coming down with something, my stomach hurts when i walk and i need to shower.
